BETTER BINS LLC POLICIES

Please call or email us in advance if you are unable to have your trash bin available on your appointment day.

It is your responsibility to have your trash bins available and out for cleaning. We do provide an email reminder of your appointment as a courtesy. Please notify us by phone or email if you are not receiving our email reminders. Since the reminders are a courtesy and it is your responsibility to have your trash bins available for cleaning, if we go to provide service and your trash bins are not available or enclosed inside of a fence, you will still be charged for that service.

Better Bins does not clean blood, feces, or any other hazardous wastes from trash bins due to safety concerns.

All pricing plans are non refundable. Monthly plan can only be canceled after three months of consecutive service.
